We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Program Manager at Google, you will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design pilot strategies, manage the collection and reporting of feedback, and develop pilot participant outreach plans.
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure the successful launch, landing, and adoption of Education features in the market.
- Coordinate the creation and ongoing maintenance of user-facing communications, including help center articles, training materials, and communications documents.
- Execute projects, collaborate closely, and communicate effectively with internal/external partners, including Engineering, Product Management, UX, Marketing, PR, Privacy, Legal, Sales, and customers.
- Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress, potential risks and delays, and performance to internal stakeholders.
