Engineering Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company to customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, gathering customer-specific requirements and elaborating technical solutions
  • Lead project execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards
  • Support product line management, including sales forecast and margin control
  • Assist in contract negotiations and design, ensuring effective product and solution presentations
  • Manage information flow internally and externally, ensuring seamless project execution

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Flexibility, independence, and assertiveness, with a systematic and networked way of thinking
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of commitment, with good motivator and team player skills
  • Very good command of English, with prior knowledge of German a plus
