About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT System Management & Operations team as a SAP Early Career Talent. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering technical and administrative tasks for complex SAP landscapes running in Cloud, On-Premise, and Hybrid architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, setup, implementation, and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA requirements in the range of 99.99%.
  • Proper definition and documentation of technical operational and security concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team.
  • Partnership with international teams in global projects.

Requirements

  • Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date), Preferred Focus Areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management.
  • Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent).
  • Interested to get familiar with SAP and 3rd party Software, Solutions, and Platforms, such as SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, MS Azure, and ServiceNow.
  • Being familiar in UNIX/Linux and Windows operating system platform and its operation.
  • Strong capabilities in the area of technical documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
  • Good analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Very good communication and networking skills.
  • Strong customer service focus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge in technical documentation.
  • Project member experience in an international environment.
  • Knowledgeable on Agile and overall Quality and Project Management methodologies desirable.
  • Results orientation with skills to handle multiple priorities while being quality focused and pragmatic.
