- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and regulatory bodies
- Tax Planning and Compliance
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage tax audits and ensure timely payment of taxes
- Site Controlling
- Develop and implement site-level financial plans and budgets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- General Compliance and Internal Audit
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with internal audit to ensure effective risk management and control
- 15-20 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent financial and management accounting knowledge, with experience in statutory and tax compliance
- Technical skills in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, Access, and SAP
