Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team at Salve Consulting. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations in Mexico, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and capital management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance department and ensure effective financial management and accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with both local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide leadership in financial strategy, planning, and risk management to support the company's business objectives.
  • Work closely with both local teams and global headquarters to maintain the financial health of the business.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of financial management experience.
  • Native level of Chinese.
  • Extensive background in the express delivery industry.
  • Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex financial operations effectively.
  • Expertise in overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, taxation, financial analysis, and capital management.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities to lead the finance department and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial performance, providing strategic recommendations, and improving business profitability.
  • Knowledge of local and international financial regulations to ensure full compliance.
  • English proficiency preferred, but not mandatory.
