At Canonical, we're on a mission to revolutionize cloud and IoT computing. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal by supporting our lead recruiter and representing our brand to global applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in your business area and provide exceptional support to your lead recruiter.
  • Represent Canonical's brand through recruitment screening conversations, ensuring we capture the right information from applicants.
  • Administer recruiting documentation, including new employment contracts, job ads, and supplier list information.
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other reporting tools to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the streamlining and development of internal processes and tools.
  • Drive recruitment analytics to provide real-time insights to our business.
  • Support training requirements to ensure efficient recruitment processes.
  • Assist with reporting to help Hiring Leads progress their recruitment processes.
  • Respond to business queries on hiring and ensure training documents reflect common questions.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment team, with a proven ability to engage with talent and represent a company brand.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Tool (Greenhouse is a plus).
  • IT proficiency, with a strong understanding of gSuite (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
  • An independent worker with the ability to thrive in a remote-first organization.
