Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to support the FGI Inventory process within the Lenovo Supply Chain Organization. This role is responsible for managing and reporting the E2E FGI inventory as well as coordinating cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive consumption plans for total and aged FGI as well as meeting financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Control and data analysis to drive business decisions
  • Drive the Finished Goods Inventory to meet the Budget/Target
  • Drive the Finished Goods E&O to meet the Budget/Target
  • Work with Sales / Business Managers on consumption plans
  • Build deck for weekly PCG Inventory meeting
  • Aged inventory tracking
  • FGI DCs Stock Movement (Canada to US & to Outlet)
  • Yearly returns projection
  • Database maintenance (Brand, family, quickships etc)
  • Interface with all NA DCs
  • Monthly Financial Forecast review with NA Executives and Finance
  • FGI Inventory Specialist for all inventory related matters

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain management (experience in Inventory Mgmt)
  • Strong Analytical and Reporting Skills
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Fluent in English
  • Very Strong Organization and Technical Skills
  • Great knowledge with SCI Tool

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering or Business
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work across multiple organizations
  • Self-motivated, Self-Directed
  • Attention to details
  • Strong leadership skills and experience influencing others
  • Strong IT skills. Prior experience with SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control and/or procurement management system preferred
  • Strong understanding of technology parts for consumer electronics IT and services
  • Technical hardware knowledge preferred
