Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)


Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients via calls, SMS, and emails.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide updates on patient cases.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions using CRM systems.


Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in CRM software (Go High Level).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Gmail, and Slack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, especially within the medical or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working as a Medical Virtual Assistant (VA).
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant voice.
