About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nextiva. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Nextiva products and services to customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed quality assurance metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Operations, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a retention/sales or customer support role.
  • English language fluency (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high sense of urgency and a focus on meeting defined metrics.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google, and Microsoft Teams.
