Acensblue is seeking a highly skilled Materials Manager to join its team in Guadalupe, Nuevo León. As a key member of our metalworking industry team, you will be responsible for managing raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and providing training and support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse staff and optimize inventory levels
- Develop and implement weekly production schedules
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff
- Control overtime and ensure budget compliance
- Monitor and adjust workforce levels to meet production demands
- Procure materials and manage purchase orders
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Identify and develop new supplier opportunities
Requirements:
- Industrial or logistics degree
- 5 years of experience in a trailer company
- Proven personnel management skills
- Advanced English language skills
