About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manufacturing Director to join our team in Sahagun, HID, MX. As a full-time onsite leader, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of manufacturing processes and technologies at our site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Industrial Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) Management by overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing plans and resources.
  • Lead the transformation of manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring the highest standards in industrial quality, cost, and delivery management.
  • Work closely with teams across the business, including Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering, to drive continuous improvement of SQCD performance.
  • Responsible for manufacturing equipment management, including investment requirements, OEE, utilization ratio, and more.
  • Contribute to site assets optimization, including CAPEX reductions, optimizations, flexible manufacturing lines, and more.
  • Support the deployment of Industry 4.0 initiatives, including AOS, Automation, Digitalization, and more.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering and/or Master Degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Industrial Management and end-to-end processes from Engineering to product delivery.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, Site Facilities & Maintenance, and Transfer of Technology.
  • Proficiency in English in all aspects of usage.
  • Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations.
  • Awareness of Supply Chain /Finance/Sourcing/Quality processes and their impact on manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Products Knowledge and applicable social relations & labor law.
  • Competency in Lean Management tools, methods, culture.
  • Ability to utilize Digital & Analytics Tools for managing manufacturing activities.
