**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Drive PMF’s Sales Transformation by defining and aligning a transformation agenda in line with the overall Sales strategy, and making it become a reality by securing resources to set up and carry out POCs or projects that create capabilities within the Sales organization. This role must be focused mainly in the Digital Transformation agenda making certain that there is alignment internally with global, regional and local teams, but also externally by connecting with tech vendors, start ups and other players in the market to ensure we build best in class capabilities.
**Your Impact**
As **Sales Transformation Leader** your scope would consist of:
- Set Sales Transformation agenda aligned with Sales Strategy and SSC priorities
- Manage Sales Digital Transformation portfolio of initiatives
- Build Digital Transformation AOP and ensure funds are requested according to established procedures
- Secure resources (financial and others) to ensure timely execution of Transformation agenda
- Lead projects oriented at creating or improving capabilities through OM redesing or new models implementations
- Ensure PMF Sales alignment with IT, SS&T, CCO, etc., at local, regional and global level
- Ensure proper communication of agenda progress and plans to senior leaders, to gain buying, remove roadblocks and secure resources
- Negotiation within the function and cross-functionally to obtain proper prioritization of the Sales Transformation agenda
- Prospect potentially disruptive or supplementary technology suppliers
- Align people, processes and technology to enable sustainability of the transformation efforts
- Build Business Cases to request funding
Qualifications:
**¿Who Are We Looking For?**
**Key skills and experience required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or similar
- MBA (desirable)
- Fluent in English written and spoken
- +7 years of Business Development, Project Management, Consultancy or Corporate Strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of execution of Digital Transformation and knowledge/implementation of new technologies (highly desirable)
- Agile, SCRUM or SAFe methodologies knowledge
- FMCG experiences (desirable)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Sales knowdledge & negotiatiating skills
