We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Accounting Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing environments. They will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and analysis for our Euless, TX and US distribution sites.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced communication skills in English and Spanish. They will work closely with site operations, business unit finance, and corporate accounting to develop and implement key performance measures and tracking systems.
In this role, the Manufacturing Accounting Specialist will calculate and analyze costs for all US sites, including annual standards and current costs. They will also ensure that bill of materials, routings, and costs reflect production operations and are accurate and accounted for properly.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel and experience with SAP and Business Objects a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth within a global organization.
