Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive project team culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, considering project complexities and potential challenges.
- Provide strong leadership to project teams, motivating and guiding them to meet project milestones, while delivering high-quality results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing resolution strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and policies, aligned with PMO Governance and Compliance guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in a customer-facing project manager role managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Self-motivated and proactive.
- Experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP, or equivalent project management certification.
- Fluent in Spanish / Portuguese (pending role location), Advanced English, verbal and written.
- Experience managing technical projects for enterprise clients in areas such as HCI, VDI, data migration, Cloud, etc.
- Experience in data center hardware deployments
- Experience with MS Teams, Dynamics 365.
- Experience with third-party collaboration and sub-contracted projects.
