We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of US Operational Reporting Analyst at Hsbc.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a university with 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Proficient in data analytics, business analysis, and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using tools, such as Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, Python, R, and others
  • Strong business intelligence skills with focus on business analysis
  • Knowledgeable in financial services, banking operations, financial management, and Human Resources (HR)
  • Ability to improvise existing solutions/products from current state with continuous improvement initiatives as an evolving services delivery model
  • Excellent interpersonal leadership and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated initiatives and ability to manage multiple priorities in a change environment
  • Ability to understand business requirement and implement technical BI Analytical solutions independently, or with minimum supervision
