About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Business Transformation Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's digital agenda and reinforcing our culture of data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with our company's strategic priorities.
- Lead the local team in driving the construction of an integrated data and analytics plan, identifying key data and analytics use cases, and building solid plans to migrate data to our Enterprise Data Foundation.
- Connect functions with data agenda and capabilities, and be accountable for PepsiCo's data and analytics portfolio management.
- Bring data and analytics capabilities to life, ensuring data migration to Enterprise Data Foundation and buildup of Advanced Analytics capabilities.
- Establish trust-based partnerships with functions to better serve the organization, and provide business advisory for data and analytics topics.
- Drive connection with LATAM and Global teams, and build and demonstrate empathy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead a team of 3-4 FTEs assigned to data and analytics, and drive capability building efforts within functions and areas.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager who can bring a strong track record of success in driving data and analytics strategies in a large and complex organization. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
