Nemak is a leading provider of innovative metal solutions for the automotive industry. As a Key Account Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% break point establishment at supplier plants. This includes reviewing and reporting on quality complaints, monitoring inventory levels, and controlling scrap rates.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and report on quality complaints issued by Nemak to suppliers, and monitor inventory levels in real-time.
  • Control scrap rates by checking data against physical parts at segregation points in the machining line and customer plant.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, rejection, and special reports at the customer plant to ensure clear and easy-to-understand information is provided to Nemak.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Mechanical.
  • Experience: GDT, 8D problem-solving, Kaizen, Leadership.
  • English: Proficient.

What We Offer

Nemak offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
