Account Management and Sales Growth
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our Sales team. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key retail clients, ensuring that our products maintain strong visibility, placement, and availability in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage accounts and foster strong relationships to maximize Kellanova product visibility and sales opportunities
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales budget, forecast, and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities
- Business Development: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations teams to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues day-by-day, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and maintaining long-term relationships
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate reports and assess performance
- In-store Execution: Work with Sales Operations to optimize product display, shelf placement, and stock levels to ensure alignment with Kellanova and client standards
- MFT Collaboration: Ensure seamless account management and execution, coordinate with supply chain and logistics functional areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial and/or Administrative field
- 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or similar roles in the FMCG industry with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
- English intermediate level
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

About Our Acquisition
