**Key Responsibilities:**

• Execute sales strategy and plan to achieve sales forecast and business plan targets within the area of responsibility, in alignment with regional sales strategy and superior guidance
• Realize defined sales and gross margin targets within the area of responsibility, working closely with dedicated OFC teams to improve market share and introduce best practices to maximize customer satisfaction
• Ensure cooperation and teamwork with technology to establish customer OFC teams, develop innovative products and services, and provide best-in-class customer service and solutions
• Analyze markets, competitors, and customers to develop and implement measures to improve sales performance, in agreement with marketing and SCM teams
• Manage accounts, negotiate and maintain contracts within authority, in consideration of defined guidelines and margins, to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets
• Provide timely and qualitative support to key accounts (International and Regional) to maintain high sales productivity, pricing policy, and optimal level of service
• Ensure management of customer claims with dedicated customer OFC teams to provide optimized sales and technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing concepts, introduce new products, and define customized solutions and proposals to achieve high customer satisfaction
• Collect information on local industry issues and cooperate with local industry associations, authorities, etc. as required to expand the network and industrial influence
• Report on sales activities to superior and initiate and implement measures in case of deviations
• Establish sales budget with superior and customer OFC resources to ensure growth and profitability in the defined country/area, in accordance with Regional/BU strategy
• Lead and motivate sales force and customer AMS teams to improve personal and BU performance and continuously develop professional expertise
• Support development of country/area sales objectives and plans, as well as market analysis and research
• Support product development process through market and customer input

**Requirements:**

• Related university degree or long-term commercial practices
• Min. 6 years sales/commercial experience in chemical industry or in packaging industry
• Fluent English
