**Contribute to the Success of Our Global Fleet**

As a Fleet Project Manager at Siemens Gas and Power GmbH & Co. KG, you will play a crucial role in the success of our global fleet of advanced Gas Turbines. You will collaborate with a global team to support both our new part business and our repair facilities in Charlotte and Winston-Salem.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement demand and inventory planning strategies for major gas turbine parts.
  • Procure new parts and oversee launch or repairs for the fleet, ensuring delivery capability and reliability.
  • Solve technical field issues in the fleet and implement solutions.
  • Support internal customers, such as Sales and Project Management, with commercial and technical questions related to major parts.
  • Optimize logistical processing and inventory management to improve efficiency.
  • Harmonize material masters with the Engineering network to enhance efficiency.
  • Review existing processes to identify and lead process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the industry.
  • Proficient in gas turbine product knowledge or related industries (automotive, aerospace, etc.).
  • High level of critical thinking to resolve complex problems.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems, as well as business, financial, and operational processes within the service organization.
  • Effective communication skills, positive teamwork, and ability to be assertive, logical, and analytical.
