POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Inventory Management Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational duties, fostering a collaborative environment with the store operations and sales teams, as well as Management. This position is responsible for guaranteeing compliance with company procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the consistent execution of Moncler USA Service standards.
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers regarding repairs and returns of merchandise.
  • Achieve inventory level accuracy, including UPT updates.
  • Maintain stock and product levels in both the back-of-house and front-of-house areas, adhering to operations guidelines.
  • Effectively support all store staff in complying with company initiatives, such as Inventory Maintenance and back-of-house Operations procedures.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, guiding staff on store inventories.
  • Partner with Stock Associates to maintain accurate inventory levels at all times.
  • Adhere to all Company Operational Policy and Procedures established by the Retail Operations Manager.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Retail Operations experience.
  • Prior experience in luxury retail is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful inventory count, maintenance, and availability reports.
  • Proficient computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • College Degree is preferred.

  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
  • Ability to work varied hours and days to ensure the store is fully operational.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 40-hour work week.
