Quantum is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This position is for a business systems analyst responsible for Salesforce Administration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Independently analyze business requirements and document technical specifications.
- Facilitate issues resolution on cross-functional teams.
- Create & monitor workflows, process builder jobs, and visual flows, in Salesforce.
- User administration and deployments following defined Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) processes.
- Collaborate with team members in a positive and productive environment to contribute toward the overall growth of the organization.
- Test developed solutions prior to deployment.
**Requirements**
- com Administrator Certification a plus.
- Strong experience analyzing requirements, evaluating, and developing solutions.
- Proficient in English and strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Strong experience with data management, utilizing DemandTools or a similar platform.
- Understanding of channel sales and renewal contract sales.
- Critical techniques - Experience directing requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts.
- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases a plus.
- Understanding of zero trust security principals.
