Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview:

What You Will Do:

  • Prioritize timely follow-up and follow-through, ensuring thoroughness in work product and attention to detail.
  • Onboard new associates in preparation for their first day, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed, such as intern career fairs and job postings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • At least one year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion, and sensitivity.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
  • Make smart and timely decisions, understanding when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
  • Think ahead and troubleshoot, removing obstacles before they become problems with impeccable attention to detail.
