Network Security Sales Representative

Gigamon is a leading company driving the convergence of networking and security. Our mission is to help organizations make more threats visible, deploy resources more efficiently, and maximize performance of their network and security tools.
As a Business Development Representative, you will be based full-time in our Mexico City office and support our Regional Sales Directors (RSD). Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads, qualify prospects, and identify new business expansion opportunities in our existing customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set meetings with high-level qualified prospects and customers for outside sales team.
- Handle incoming leads for designated territory, including follow-up on tradeshows, regional events, and other campaigns.
- Participate in marketing's field/virtual events and shows, pulling prospective customers, and scheduling meetings.
- Be a leader and valued contributor to the sales team to generate meetings with new potential customers and new contacts in our existing customers and contribute to pipeline growth.
- Work closely with RSD's and Channel partners to identify, position, and sell product value.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
- Update, create, and manage sales database.
- Regularly update sales team, including Channel team, with prospect information/feedback.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of Lead Generation or Inside Sales experience.
- Selling IT Network, security software, or software-as-a-service preferred.
- Ability to develop qualified leads for the sales force through outbound and inbound telephone contact with limited assistance from team members.
- Ability to qualify all prospects, track progress through the sales cycle, and substantially contribute to pipeline growth.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly to communicate over the phone or while using Zoom/Webex video-conference software.
**Language Requirements:** English, Spanish, and Portuguese
