Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders and produce commensurate Arista Sales Orders
- Ensure proper and accurate shipping logistics
- Review key terms on customer and partner purchase orders for accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements
- Follow-up on customer-related issues, including processing RMA requests
- Support attach: Ensure purchase orders include requisite product support for switches
- Maintain accurate installed customer base and service contract information
- Collaborate with Sales team to understand customer issues and situations
- Develop understanding of channel sales model, direct sales model, and partner with distributors and resellers
- Timely resolution of backlogged orders and tracking of order cancellations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, specifically orders management and software maintenance renewals (5+ years)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow-up with Arista Account Representatives and/or partners/customers
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills with an orientation towards helping customers
- Strong oral and written communication skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and conditions
- Knowledge of shipping logistics and shipping terms for North & South America
