About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and management of the Order to Cash processes in SAP, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the cycle from sales order receipt. Key responsibilities include supervising sales order entry, inventory management, delivery, and billing and collections processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize SAP SD and Cash Application modules to meet specific business needs and ensure seamless integration with other modules and systems.
- Implement solutions in SAP S/4HANA to improve the efficiency and accuracy of OTC processes.
- Manage and optimize Order to Cash processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and in the management of Order to Cash processes.
- In-depth knowledge of processes associated with order entry, inventory management, delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Knowledge in the implementation and management of SAP S/4HANA, especially in the modules related to Order to Cash.
