The role of the Graphic Designer: As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual experiences for our customers. You will work closely with our marketing and design departments to develop and optimize our online presence, from website design to social media graphics. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand identity and visual elements across all of our web properties.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate team player who has experience creating graphics for both web and print environments. You should be familiar with best practices in graphic design, including designing elements that look good on all devices. The ideal candidate can take initiative to research and implement projects with little direction and is passionate, energetic, and has great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign assets, web banner suites, social media imagery, and various website graphics, both still and animated.
  • Strategize and communicate closely with internal partners to optimize and redesign new and existing acquisition collateral.
  • Manage two direct reports.
  • Support packaging and printed in-store collateral needs.
  • Work closely with the creative team on campaign development and execute to consistent standards.
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.

Requirements:

  • BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and production.
  • 2+ years of Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral.
  • Professional Level Experience in Video Creation / Implementation & Graphic Animations.
  • 360 / Multichannel Campaign Creation.
  • Leading / Coaching junior designers.
  • UX / UI Knowledge and Basic Understanding of Code.
  • Demonstrated talent (portfolio showcasing examples of relevant assets).
  • Digital design skills including site, email, and display.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CS6, Illustrator, InDesign, and other Adobe CC.
  • Ability to effectively assess priorities and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong production skills with the ability to take direction while collaborating with a wide variety of team members.
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.
