- Conduct content audits and create value propositions that drive customer satisfaction.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Improve the overall user experience by refining navigation, data, content, and flows within our apps.
- 3+ years of experience in UX Content Strategist or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Visual Communication, Web Design, Digital, or related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Strong knowledge of user experience design principles.
- Business requirements gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and research planning/execution.
- Accessibility standards and writing for screen readers.
- Web analytics tool expertise and ability to define and measure KPIs.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and adaptability skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
