Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Research Analyst to join our Mexico research team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of marketing research experience, preferably on the supplier side. As a Research Analyst, you will lead full project life cycles, set up through client presentations, and work with sales and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage research studies across various methodologies and complexities
  • Develop survey questionnaires and analysis plans, providing insightful reports to clients and delivering presentations
  • Work with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution, while maintaining overall project timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal partners and external clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related industry experience
  • Previous experience in various research methodologies, such as ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentations, and shopper research
  • Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to identify problems and determine the appropriate path to resolution
