ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of highly skilled and driven professionals to enhance our Digital Core Banking team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial knowledge of SAP Fioneer Banking Solutions (previously known as SAP Banking Solutions) and a solid background in the financial services industry. This position entails collaborating closely with clients to assess their needs, design effective solutions, and guarantee the successful deployment and support of SAP Fioneer Banking modules.

As the new product steward of the former SAP Banking Portfolio, SAP Fioneer is not merely maintaining the existing implementation approach but is innovating with a genuine Cloud Mindset, challenging norms and redefining standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fioneer Banking solutions.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of client business workflows and requirements.
  • Create functional and technical specifications along with system design documentation.
  • Tailor and configure SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking to align with client specifications.
  • Offer expert guidance on SAP best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Oversee and mentor junior consultants and project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP Fioneer solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support following implementation.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest SAP Fioneer and SAP technologies and trends within the banking sector.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. Relevant skills and experience take precedence over formal education.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in implementing SAP Fioneer Banking solutions (including Loans Management, Deposits Management, Collaterals Management, Payment Engine).
  • Demonstrated success in Core Banking implementations.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP Fioneer's Loans Management, Deposits Management, and associated modules.
  • Technical programming capabilities (ABAP or other programming languages).
  • Strong grasp of banking processes and regulatory frameworks, particularly in the LATAM region.
