Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Core Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Core Banking team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Fioneer Banking solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fioneer Banking solutions
- Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and requirements
- Develop functional and technical specifications and system design documents
- Customize and configure SAP Fioneer Transactional Banking to meet client needs
- Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and industry standards
- Manage and mentor junior consultants and project teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Fioneer solutions
- Deliver end-user training and support post-implementation
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities
- Bachelor/Master's in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience implementing SAP Fioneer Banking solutions
- Proven track record of successful Core Banking implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Fioneer's Loans Management, Deposits Management, and related modules
- Technical programming skills (ABAP or other languages)
- Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements, especially in the LATAM region
