We are seeking ambitious sales professionals who can effectively build relationships with clients and drive revenue growth for Genesis Management LLC.
Job Description:As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through compelling engagement tactics, understanding client needs, and closing sales. You will work closely with our team to achieve established daily and monthly sales goals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask on the phone and work efficiently on the computer. Leadership skills are a plus, and potential leadership roles may be available in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business opportunities through effective engagement strategies
- Understand client needs and provide personalized solutions
- Closing sales and meeting company performance metrics
- Maintaining professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer service
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, and fluency in English both written and verbal. They must also be comfortable making 125+ calls a day in a call center environment.
