Customer Service Representative

At Intugo, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Guide customers through the online application process, providing clear and concise instructions.
  • Document all client interactions in a clear and coherent manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Assist customers with scheduling or adjusting payments, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Maintain composure in escalated situations, providing calm and professional support to customers.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Work Schedule:

Our Customer Service Representative will work a 5-day week, with 2 days off. The schedule includes:

  • Monday: 5 am - 2 pm
  • Thursday: 7 am - 4 pm
  • Friday: 7 am - 4 pm
  • Saturday: 6 am - 3 pm
  • Tuesday and Wednesday: Off
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $15,000 monthly, along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
