At Intugo, we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and timely support.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Educate customers on our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Guide customers through the online application process, providing clear and concise instructions.
- Document all client interactions in a clear and coherent manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
- Assist customers with scheduling or adjusting payments, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Maintain composure in escalated situations, providing calm and professional support to customers.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Perform other functions as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Our Customer Service Representative will work a 5-day week, with 2 days off. The schedule includes:
- Monday: 5 am - 2 pm
- Thursday: 7 am - 4 pm
- Friday: 7 am - 4 pm
- Saturday: 6 am - 3 pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Off
We offer a competitive salary of $15,000 monthly, along with a range of benefits that support your well-being and career growth.
