We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Uplift Talent. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining employee time records, and managing employee benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll: Enter, maintain, and process payroll information in our system, including employee compensation, time worked, paid leave, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Maintain current Excel audit reports of payroll and benefits data.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data.
- Provide timely assistance to employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Attend meetings and create reports as assigned.
- Administer employee insurance programs, including life, disability, and health insurance plans.
- Advise and inform employees of changes and developments related to benefits, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions.
- Monitor administrators' and insurance carriers' reports to ensure compliance with plan requirements.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
- Background in finance, accounting, or Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- This is an in-office position.
- The salary is 22,000.00 MXN + benefits.
