Aftermarket Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our team at John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth in our spare parts business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers to boost spare part sales records
- Sell and follow up on PRoCARE contracts for MCCA customers
- Monitor forecast and opportunity list weekly/monthly
- Assist/coordinate between customers and internal JBT teams (Service, Sales, Finance, and Accounting)
- Support internal, CSR, and Logistics teams to handle customer issues and achieve customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and manage customer relationships
- Support logistics team for inventory control and forecasting
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and aftermarket product sales
- Strong capabilities in managing and supervising aftermarket projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with local and international colleagues
- Able to work under pressure and independently, as well as part of a team
- Strong multitasking and multiorganizational skills
- Able to travel and work flexible hours
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Familiar with computer usage, Windows, Office, Visio, and Internet Applications
