Job Description
This Strategic Business Finance Specialist will be responsible for analyzing business performance and providing variance commentaries for local and global reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business products and business operations, as well as excellent analytical skills.
Main Activities:
- Analyze business performance and provide variance commentaries for local and global reports.
- Manage reporting deliverables, ensuring completeness and accuracy of Financial and Non-Financial KPI's.
- Support planning and forecasting processes by developing AOP models to support Target setting and Forecasts model development for predictive impacts on revenue based on levels of net new money, sales funnel metrics, changes in pricing and market action.
- Partner with offshore and onshore teams to ensure data is submitted on time, is complete and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas.
- Relevant experience in Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis as well as Capital Management.
- Consolidation of Financials of an organization of similar scale.
- Understanding of MI data process and resolving any instances of data integrity issues.
- Database management skills.
- TM1 and Advanced Excel skills.
