Strategic Account Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Business Development Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V.
About the Role:
- This is a challenging opportunity for a talented professional to drive business growth and develop strategic joint business plans with top Sellers on the Amazon Mexico Store.
- You will be responsible for analyzing data and trends, identifying areas of opportunity, and implementing strategies to maximize potential for assigned Sellers.
- As a trusted advisor and business advocate, you will build effective working relationships with Sellers and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success with Amazon.
- Key responsibilities include developing a clear understanding of Selling on Amazon products and their functionalities, leading business strategy development, and overseeing key strategic activities for assigned Sellers.
- You will track metrics to record Seller success and use these metrics to guide your work and uncover hidden areas of opportunity.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health of assigned Sellers.
About You:
- You have 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
- You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with Sellers and internal teams.
- You are a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement long-term plans to drive business growth.
- You are proficient in Excel and have experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- You speak, write, and read fluently in English.
