Partnership Access Strategy Lead

At Bayer, we are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Access Strategy Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Market Access team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing market access strategies for our pharmaceutical products in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market access strategies for new product launches and indications in Latin America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Regulatory, and Commercial, to ensure alignment and effective execution of market access strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the Latin American market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on market access strategies and best practices.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in market access and pricing in the pharmaceutical industry.
