Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity, and retention.
  • Advise supervisors and managers on methods to resolve complex employee relation issues.
  • Implement human resources policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and provide support for corrective actions.
  • Supervise administrative functions of the HR team, including recruitment, employee relations, benefit administration, and HRIS.
  • Lead and develop team members.
  • Develop talent recruitment and retention strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' operational HR experience in a production environment.
  • Experience in resolving complex employee relation issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, talent acquisition, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to influence senior members of the business.
  • Capability to oversee HRIS administration, timekeeping/payroll, benefits administration, employee safety, and leave management.
  • Clear communication style, with English fluency required.
