Key Account Growth Specialist

Job Description:
The Key Account Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing profitability by managing and expanding client relationships. This role involves overseeing existing accounts, establishing new accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to enhance the bottom line and grow sales to maximize profit.
- Engage with clients regularly to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Obtain orders from existing accounts while also establishing new accounts by effectively responding to client requests.
- Resolve complaints promptly, ensuring that all client needs are met with high-quality service.
- Use Microsoft 365 tools to gather, sort, and organize data, information, and documents for preparing reports, bids, pricing models, and quote proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and timely submission of documents.
- Investigate operational issues by participating in joint observations of activities, analyzing the root cause of problems, and composing appropriate responses.
- Develop and implement solutions to address client complaints effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, collect and analyze relevant data, and summarize findings to provide insightful information for internal and client decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and provide information to support client requests and strategic planning.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience: Project management experience in the manufacturing industry.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, fluent in English and Chinese.
Compensation Package: $11,446.04 - $23,553.90 per month (Annual Salary: $137,354.09 - $282,645.48)
Work Arrangement: In-person work arrangement required.
