We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at LHR Global - Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities- Due Diligence and Valuation: Conduct thorough due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis and valuation of assets and liabilities.
- Business Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement business plans, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial projections.
- Negotiation and Deal Execution: Negotiate and execute definitive agreements, including term sheets, non-binding offers, and other contractual documents.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and board members, as well as external stakeholders, such as investors and partners.
- Transaction Execution: Oversee the execution of transactions, including project management, coordination with advisors, and management of stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance from a recognized international program.
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years of experience in M&A transaction execution.
- Skills: Strong M&A background, extensive experience in financial valuation and modeling, due diligence, commercial negotiations, and transaction structuring.
- Certifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
- Monthly Base Salary: Aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase: 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement: 20% of monthly base salary, increasing to 25% after 3 years, 30% after 6 years, and 35% after 12 years.
- Severance Package: 2 weeks' pay for each year of service, increasing to 4 weeks' pay after 6 years.
- Employment Tax: Exemption from 'home country' income taxes, with company reporting income to 'home country' governments.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP): Eligible after 12 months of service, with maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay and 20% share discount.
- Incentive Plan: Annual, based on performance, with approximately 1.8x monthly base salary.
- Travel Allowance: Annual, with approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays: 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan: Complimentary in-Kingdom Johns Hopkins medical care/facilities for employee and eligible family members, with in-Kingdom dental services subsidized.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP): Out-of-Kingdom assistance with 90% of expenses, with a maximum per child of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
- Settling in Allowance: One-time payment, with 100% of monthly base salary for family status and 60% of monthly base salary for single/bachelor status.
