Your Role
- Collaborate with team members on deal execution and client coverage
- Take responsibility for client pitches, deal execution, and working with other deal team members from Associate through Managing Director
- Provide support on the execution of various types of transactions including M&A, investment grade, and non-investment grade loans, and equity capital markets
- Communicate and coordinate with deal team members across the Bank and across industry and product groups

Required Skills
- Experience in finance or accounting in investment banking, capital markets, or trading
- Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and multitask details across multiple deals
- Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
- High energy and self-motivation, with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
- Ability to work directly with senior bankers and represent the Firm before management teams and other deal professionals
