Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing brand/marketing plans for our owned portfolio. This role plays a critical part in managing selected brands to create a valued customer experience and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer insights and develop a compelling value proposition for our brands;
- Lead a cross-functional team in the development and implementation of marketing tactics that create a brand experience valued by customers within compliance guidelines;
- Communicate effectively with the sales organization to understand needs and optimize implementation of marketing tactics;
- Build positive relationships with relevant external stakeholders, key influencers, and opinion leaders within the industry;
- Deliver sales forecasts to Supply Chain and ensure forecast accuracy of 80%;
- Lead Trilogy Meetings to keep integration alignment between sales, technical, and mkt;
- Opex planning and monitoring;
- Develop robust brand plans to launch new products and ensure proper execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, veterinarians, engineers, or administrative professions;
- Fluent English and Spanish;
- Strong leadership skills to influence others in different functions and levels;
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a consultative mindset;
- Interpersonal and teamwork skills for effective interactions;
- Communication skills: clarity on oral and written;
- Deep understanding of respective species/industry;
- Project management skills to set priorities and manage multiple tasks;
- Strong business acumen;
- Travel 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA desirable.
