**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at Beiersdorf Manufacturing Mexico, S.A. De C.V. as a Digital & Industrial Engineering Specialist. This role will be responsible for shaping the digital transformation roadmap of our Latin American Factories in Production Centers, ensuring the creation and delivery of digital transformation roadmaps with a strong focus on value delivery through shopfloor adoption.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with Global and Factory functions, automation engineering, and manufacturing and IoT process teams to assess factory needs and identify use cases while working as a business translator.
- Collaborate with Production center directors, factory SPOCs, and other stakeholders to ensure governance and timely delivery of Manufacturing Digitalization Roadmaps in the region and Sustainability use cases globally.
- Coach and guide factory digitalization squads to assist them in their digital transformation journey by helping them train on business casing, baselining, charter preparation, and other essential skills.
- Act as a team member of Regional Engineering, reporting functionally to Global Manufacturing Digitalization.
- Provide support for regional initiatives, which may not be limited to Digitalization, but overarching projects related to Regional Engineering Roadmaps, which shall not exceed 20% of the time.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar required.
- Post graduate Diploma in Management/MBA is desirable.
- ~8 years' total experience with ~4 years (good to have) in Digital Manufacturing/Smart Factory/Industry 4.0 required.
- Must have experience of working closely with factory operations around Lean and Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Excellence, Digital focusing on value.
- Must have demonstrated strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Must be a self-motivated leader to drive operational transformation with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Good to have experience in agile project management with experience of being a product owner or scrum master.
