About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Integrated Facilities Management to join our team at the LEGO Group. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for leading the operational facilities of our Monterrey factory to provide an exceptional workplace experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of external facility services providers to ensure the management of hard and soft services, including electricity, HVAC, cleaning, and catering.
  • Develop and implement industry-leading practices and innovation initiatives to continuously improve our workplace experience and facility services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sharing of standard processes and driving consistency.
  • Work closely with the LOM LT and MLT management teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience handling an external facility service partner, preferably an IFM provider.
  • Significant exposure to a facility management function in a large international organization.
  • Experience of delivering new workplace and/or facility management related innovation initiatives and digitalization technologies.
  • A good understanding of outsourced facility management processes.
  • Experience working in employee engagement and community building projects.
