Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients
- Source and screen candidates using a range of techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide regular updates and insights to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our services
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns and meeting or exceeding client expectations
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
