**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Control Support Staff to join our team at Fortune Fashions Baja. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare garment samples for laboratory testing and analysis.
• Create and maintain quality control workbooks for each style, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Conduct high-volume internal wash and drying tests, measurements, ironing, and pressing on garments on a daily basis.
• Analyze performance charts and data against defined parameters, identifying areas for improvement.
• Research and resolve failure rates to increase overall quality control and product reliability.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members to ensure qualitative and quantitative analysis is readily available.
**Requirements:**
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
• Experience in quality assurance is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, fabrics, and technical packs is preferred, but not required.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer value.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good statistical and numerical ability.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
