About the Role

TS Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Representative to join our team in Guadalajara. As a key member of our financial solutions department, you will be responsible for researching and marketing financial solutions to assigned customers and accounts, promoting TD SYNNEX Capital's business.

The ideal candidate will have +1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Financial Solutions or Inside Sales. A strong understanding of customer engagements, quote follow-up, pipeline management, and providing education on financial solutions and promotions is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for managing and growing relationships with assigned customers, engaging them to identify their needs and promote financial solutions.
  • Create and deliver financial solutions using appropriate tools and technical knowledge to configure, price, quote, and process requests effectively.
  • Provide education and technical guidance on product alternatives, cross-references, and support regarding TD SYNNEX Capital financial solutions.
  • Negotiate terms such as pricing, structuring, and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial results.
  • Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and vendors to resolve pre-sales issues such as credit and documentation, escalating issues when necessary.
What You'll Do

As a Financial Solutions Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships to effectively market a broad range of TD SYNNEX Capital's financial solutions.
  • Researching and developing innovative financial solutions to meet the needs of assigned customers and accounts.
  • Providing expert advice on financial solutions and promotions to ensure customers are fully informed and satisfied.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Written and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Skillful negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Clear communication skills to convey necessary information effectively.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a multi-cultural awareness.
  • Organizational and time management skills to drive tasks to completion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learning ability for new systems and technology.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in relevant computer system applications.
