We are seeking a highly skilled Transformers Expert - Project Manager to join our Schneider Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for increasing the productivity of our plant in labor and indirect materials through the correct application of Lean and SPS Schneider Performance System methodologies.

• Deploy Timeline and Lean methodologies in production lines, including VSM, Line Architecture Design Methodology LADM, Material Providing Handling MPH, Six Sigma DMAIC, EPEI, Line Balancing, FMEA, Kaizen, and MTM2.
• Manage DOE projects and monitor efficiency indicators, KE, OEE, NEE, IE, QVE, and COS.
• Lead planning, development, and execution of projects that improve the productivity of production lines through the implementation of SPS and Lean Methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001, and ISO 50001.

• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment, preferably in the automotive or metalworking industry.
• Advanced use of Lean tools for at least a year and a half.
• Advanced level of English, mandatory, with the ability to hold conversations with a high level of complexity.
