About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized administrative professional to support our HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in maintaining accurate records, facilitating processes, and ensuring quality control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support related to various HR functions, including payroll, contracts, and employee communications.
  • Facilitate, monitor, and ensure quality with respect to the payroll cycle(s).
  • Maintain and update various HR systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare contracts, employee letters, and legal documents as needed.
  • Monitor relevant time-tracking and attendance systems to ensure compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
  • Specified years of industry-relevant professional experience.
  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training.
  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and location considerations. This compensation range reflects the value we place on the skills and qualifications required for this position.
